Collaborative Fundraiser with Oahu Resource Conservation & Development Council

Today is World Bee Day and also the birthday of Anton Janša -- a Slovenian apiarist who was a pioneer of modern beekeeping in the 1700s.

On this auspicious day...
Beelieve Hawaii is delighted to announce an exciting collaboration with 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Oahu Resource Conservation and Development Council. Thanks to @wfhawaii Women's Fund of Hawaii, @oahurcd has $5K for a mini grant program to help Hawaii's women-owned and operated farms, ranches and agribusinesses. Our goal is to match these funds by raising money through the Give Big Hawaii campaign till the second week of June. If we are fortunate to receive a portion of this mini grant, we will be investing in much needed equipment like hive boxes and frames for upcoming bee rescues.

To kick off our first ever fundraiser, we are officially launching a new logo on our Propolis Tincture which will be sent out to our contributors. We are requesting a minimum donation of $33.30 ($15 for tincture + $8.30 shipping). The remaining $10 will be put into the Give Big Hawaii campaign so @oahurcd has the opportunity to receive a 1:1 match and reach a goal of $10K.

Please comment below or DM me if you are interested in supporting my essential business and other mana wahine [strong female] farmers and entrepreneurs in Hawaii.
